Unlock your potential

The 6-week strength training program designed specifically for basketball players. This dynamic program is designed to improve your overall fitness, build muscle, improve endurance and reduce your risk of injury.

The number of participants is limited!

Age group:

The program is reserved for players born between 2007 and 2010(ages 15 to 18).

Schedule:

The program will start on July 8, 2025. Sessions will last 1h00, twice a week.
