Description of the program

This introductory basketball program has been designed to meet the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of 4- and 5-year-olds. At this age, the main objective is not competition, but the overall development of the child through play and movement. This introductory basketball program is specially designed for 4- and 5-year-olds, in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment.

Practice times

The winter recreational program will begin on February 7, 2026, and end on April 25, 2026. Training sessions will last 45 minutes and take place on Saturdays.

• U6: From 8:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
