PREPARATION PROGRAM FOR THE COMPETITIVE LEVEL OF THE 2026-2027 SEASON

Description of the program

The recreational program is open to boys and girls aged 6 to 15 of all skill levels. Training sessions are organized by age group (see description below). This program is designed to prepare young athletes for competitive play in the 2026–2027 season. We are launching a recreational basketball program focused on technical, physical, tactical, and mental development.

Team categories by age

Players are divided into groups by age category. Players must be of the prescribed age on September 30, i.e. :

• U8 (born in 2018 or later)
• U10 (born in 2016-2017)
• U12 (born in 2014-2015)
• U14 (born 2012-2013)
• U16 (born in 2010-2011)

Practice times

The fall recreational program will begin on February 7, 2026, and end on April 25, 2026. Practices will last one hour and take place on Saturdays.

• U8: From 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• U10: From 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• U12: From 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• U14-U16: From 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Gymnasiums and facilities

Our practices take place mainly in the gymnasiums located in the schools mentioned below. Some games or practices may also take place elsewhere, and this information will be communicated to you. Please check the schedule and refer to the addresses below.
