SPRING RECREATIONAL PROGRAM

Description of the program

The recreational program is for boys and girls aged 6 to 17 at all levels. Training is by age category (see description below). The program enables youngsters to discover basic techniques such as dribbling, passing and shooting at the basket, as well as more advanced techniques such as demarcation, offensive and defensive techniques. The methods used consist of skill drills through game simulations; executed both individually and collectively.

Team categories by age

Players are divided into groups by age category. Players must be of the prescribed age on September 30, i.e. :

• Pre-novice category (6-7 years) : U8
• Novice category (8-9 years): U10
• Mini category (10-11 years): U12
• Benjamin category (ages 12-14): U15
• Cadet category (15-17 years): U17

Practice times

The winter recreational program will start on April 12, 2025 and end on June 7, 2025. Training sessions will last 1 hour on Saturdays.

• U8: 1 to 2 p.m.
• U10: 2 to 3 p.m.
• U12: 3 to 4 p.m.
• U15-U17: 4pm to 6pm

Gymnasiums and facilities

Our practices take place mainly in the gymnasiums located in the schools mentioned below. Some games or practices may also take place elsewhere, and this information will be communicated to you. Please check the schedule and refer to the addresses below.
